    Please note that the strives to the best of its ability to ensure the accuracy and update of the prices and images on that site. Despite all of our efforts to avoid mistakes on the prices mentioned on our web site, we reserve the right to adjust a price at all time without any notice. In such a case, the customer will be warned and refunded totally. 

    Please be advised that the prices are in Canadian dollars and that delivery is made exclusively in Canada.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    We offer a free delivery service all across Canada for any purchase of $149.99 or more. The delivery time depends on the product’s availability, but usually Quebec‘s delivery time is approximately 2 working days towards big centers and two to seven days towards remote regions and the rest of Canada. (*Within local trade areas. The order is shipped pending credit approval and product availability.)

    Please note that once it is processed and sent, the order cannot be modified or cancelled anymore.


    The return of the products needs to be made within 15 days following the delivery date appearing on the delivery slip. 

    The product must be returned in its original package and in good condition, especially, with nothing written, fixed or put on the original package of the shipping unit. 

    All return of a product will be made by registered mail with an acknowledgement of receipt, otherwise we won’t be able to consider the loss of the products during handling or transportation of the return and this will be at customer’s expense. 

    Any product whether defective or not, must be returned in its original condition, in the original package with warranty cards, guides or other articles or accessories provided by the supplier. 

    The refund will be made by re-credit of the banking card, or by transfer on the bank account that will initially have been used for the payment of the product by the customer, within a maximum of 30 days after confirmation of receipt.
    We will be glad to exchange or refund in the store select items purchased online within
    15 days following the billing date.
